Fuel is not included in the rental charges, however,sufficient fuel will be provided to reach the nearest petrol station.
*Note-: We will not be able to provide a refund In case of extra fuel leftover at the time of returning the vehicle. Note : • All refunds shall be made through the original payment mode within 3-5 working days • SNAPRIDES reserves the right to charge a violation penalty on the rider • Weekend (Sat-Sun) rates may vary based on availability • Inter – State Travelling is Strictly not Allowed • Refunds for the repairs & maintenance done by customers on the vehicles shall be processed same day. The customer is required to share the bills with our SNAPRIDES team. List of penalties that can be applicable if rider violate terms mentioned Traffic and Parking violations Full payment of fines + ₹100 Overspeeding >= permissible limit for that segment Customers should be aware about speed limit , if overspeeding is done then charged at ₹ 25 for overspeeding/crossing limit. OVERSPEEDING LIMITS Non Geared Scooters: 70km/hour Upto 150cc Bikes: 90km/hour KTM and Royal Enfield :100km/hour All Other vehicles: 90km/hour Key/Helmet not returned at end of reservation ₹800 for each helmet ₹500 for key Vehicle Damage Insurance claim will only be taken in case the estimate is above INR 10,000/- In case of the repair estimate is more than INR 10,000 - the customer has to bear
1. The amount which is not covered under insurance claim 2. Rental amount for the number of days taken for repair Towing and Impounding No cost will be charged to customer if caused by vehicle failure & full cost to be charged to customer if caused by user negligence. GPS Holder In case the GPS holder is missing or broken/damaged, a penalty of INR 1000 will be levied on the rider. Operating Hours All our hub stations are operational from 9 AM to 8 PM only. In case the rider fails to pickup/return the vehicle by station timings, The pickup/return will take place on the next day and the applicable charges will be levied on the ride. No pickup/return request will be entertained post station's operating hours. Misconduct Any misconduct with the station executive by the rider under the influence of alcohol or otherwise will result in cancellation of booking.
